Meetings are open to all parents and guardians and will generally take place on the second Tuesday of each month.  The meetings serve as a chance to check in on the status of upcoming events, debrief on past activities, and generally brainstorm ways to support our awesome school community.   Please join us.

We kicked off the school year with a fun, family Back to School Social and will end the year with the return of the treasured Carnival!  In between, the PWPC helps to coordinate significant fundraisers such as the Boosterthon, Christmas Tree Lot, and the Gala, as well as organize important celebrations such as special faculty and staff luncheons and the student Talent Show!    Additionally, through dedicated volunteers, the PWPC brings joy to our students and community with activities like Service Day, the Bookfair, and Dining Nights Out.  New this year, the PWPC will host a Pumpkin Patch and inspire readers with an exciting reading challenge program. 
The PWPC would not be able to host these important fundraisers, school and community events, and other celebrations without the support of amazing volunteers!   Not only does volunteering directly contribute to the success of The Academy, but it is also the best way to meet others in our school community.  Each school family is strongly encouraged to sign-up for volunteer opportunities. Each of the  PWPC events includes opportunities for volunteers and we welcome your involvement.  A few of the PWPC's activities are in need of co-chairs and we respectfully ask that you consider taking on these important roles.  Please feel free to reach out to the identified chairs with any questions including anticipated time and talent commitments.   You find their contact information in the Family Directory found in the Family Portal
Be on the lookout for PWPC communications throughout the year as we will highlight upcoming events, detail our fundraising successes, and solicit your support through volunteer opportunities.   Additionally, room parents will be sending out regular communications noting the important work of the PWPC and you can find information on the PWPC tab of The Academy's webpage. The PWPC's email is:
