Like all great institutions, we are constantly learning, growing and evolving. In this effort, we look to identify and leverage outstanding partners who can help us be best-in-class in the critical areas. To that end, we’re currently focused on three key partnerships:

Loyola Academy

Loyola Academy is a private, co-educational Jesuit college preparatory high school, located in Wilmette, IL. It is the largest Jesuit high school in America and is widely recognized for its excellence in education in the Jesuit tradition.

This particular partnership is focused on middle school math and ensuring that our 8th grade graduates are prepared to excel in a rigorous high school math program.  Members of both faculty work closely together to design curriculum progression and observe outstanding teaching.

Illinois Math & Science Academy

IMSA is a highly regarded leader and innovator in teaching math and science. Our partnership focuses on STEM and specifically the incorporation of inquiry-based learning throughout the Academy academic experience. Inquiry-based learning develops a deeper understanding of subject content, encourages student-led initiative and creative problem-solving.

Defined Learning

Defined Learning is a cutting-edge, edtech company that specializes in real world, project based learning. The Defined STEM curriculum prepares students for the future with engaging lessons that are relevant, encourage critical thinking and collaboration. Projects are designed to provide an authentic assessment of the students understanding of the objectives.
