Why is VIRTUS required?
The safety of our students comes first. VIRTUS training helps ensure that adults who volunteer with children understand safe practices, appropriate boundaries, and how to recognize and report concerns. All Academy volunteers who work with students are required to complete the Archdiocese of Chicago’s Safe Environment requirements before volunteering.
