We believe an Academy education should be accessible to families who value academic excellence, strong character formation, and a supportive community. Tuition is carefully set each year to reflect the quality of our programs and the resources required to support every student’s growth.
For families who demonstrate financial need, tuition assistance is available. We encourage families to explore all options and reach out with questions as they plan for the year ahead.

Student Fees

As part of the admissions process, families should note that, in addition to tuition, required fees help fund instructional materials, technology, and program resources that enrich the student experience.
Application & Registration Fees
- New Student Application Fee: $25
- New Student Enrollment Fee: $100
- Re-Enrollment Fee (Current Families): $125
Application and registration fees are non-refundable.
Annual Student Fees (K–8)
These fees support classroom materials, instructional resources, and technology used throughout the school year.
- Book & Supply Fee: $450 per student
- Technology Fee: $200 per student
Eighth Grade Graduation Fee
This fee covers graduation-related expenses, including the graduation ceremony, banquet, yearbook, faculty and staff gifts, event photography, and end-of-year celebrations.
- Graduation Fee (8th Grade Only): $300 per family
Tuition Assistance
Families with students in Kindergarten through 8th grade may apply for tuition assistance through the FACTS Tuition Management system. Assistance is awarded based on demonstrated financial need and is reviewed confidentially by a committee of the Board of Directors. Not all applicants are guaranteed assistance.
