Leadership
Growing confidence, responsibility, and service together.
Leadership at The Academy isn’t reserved for a select few. Middle school students are given age-appropriate opportunities to lead, serve, and support one another, learning that leadership is rooted in responsibility, empathy, and action.
Student Council
Students learn to represent their peers, collaborate with faculty, and take responsibility for school-wide initiatives. Participation builds confidence, communication skills, and accountability.
Student Ambassadors
Student Ambassadors welcome prospective families, lead tours, and represent The Academy with pride, developing poise, responsibility, and strong communication skills.
Buddies Program
Older students mentor and support younger classmates, building empathy, leadership, and a strong sense of community across grade levels.
These experiences reflect our belief that leadership is learned through practice, by listening, serving, and showing up for others.
